You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any unused, unwashed and undamaged items. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at jojosinteriors@hotmail.co.uk. We’ll provide you with our returns process, returns form and the address for returning your items.
Please include your order number and details of the product(s) you're returning or exchanging to help us process your request quickly. Also include a valid reason why you are returning the items.
Once we’ve received your return and processed it, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that your refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your item is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the damaged or faulty product and we’ll guide you through the process.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure we receive your return.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want instead.

Simply select Click & Collect at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. It’s a great opportunity to come and explore our beautiful collection in person while enjoying a lovely visit to the tearooms!
We currently DON'T offer international shipping. All orders shipped to UK addresses.
We can deliver to residential addresses, businesses and P.O. boxes. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed package, missing item, or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team at jojosinteriors@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to resolve any issues swiftly.
