Shipping Information

We are committed to delivering your items in a timely and efficient manner. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (unless stated otherwise on the product page). We offer several shipping options to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Next Day Delivery: Order before 2 PM for next-day delivery (subject to availability and postcode restrictions)

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods (such as holidays) or due to external circumstances beyond our control.

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £4.99
  • Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £7.99
  • Next Day Delivery: £9.99
  • Free delivery on orders over £100!

Click & Collect

You can now pick up your order in person at our shop located at:

JoJo's Interiors at Pillaton Garden Centre and Tearooms
Cannock Road,Pillaton,
England, ST19 5RZ

Simply select Click & Collect at checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection. It’s a great opportunity to come and explore our beautiful collection in person while enjoying a lovely visit to the tearooms!

International Shipping

We currently DON'T offer international shipping. All orders shipped to UK addresses.

Delivery Addresses

We can deliver to residential addresses, businesses and P.O. boxes. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delayed package, missing item, or damaged goods, please contact our customer service team at jojosinteriors@hotmail.co.uk as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to resolve any issues swiftly.
