JoJo’s Interiors Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from JoJo’s Interiors. If for any reason you're not happy, we're here to help. Please read our returns policy below.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any unused, unwashed and undamaged items. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at jojosinteriors@hotmail.co.uk. We’ll provide you with our returns process, returns form and the address for returning your items.
Please include your order number and details of the product(s) you're returning or exchanging to help us process your request quickly. Also include a valid reason why you are returning the items.

Refunds
Once we’ve received your return and processed it, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that your refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been opened or used (worn)

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, we offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photographs of the damaged or faulty product and we’ll guide you through the process.

Delivery Charges
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure we receive your return.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want instead.

Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in a resellable condition or if the return request is made after the 7-day period.
  • This returns policy is in line with UK consumer rights and does not affect your statutory rights.
